Simple Present Tense

Note: We use Adverbs and Expressions of Frequency w ith the simple present tense. (1) Adverbs of frequency: always usually normally , generally often , frequently sometimes occasionally seldom hardly ever , rarely never (2) Frequency Expressions: once a day / week / month / year / ... twice a day / week / month / year / ... three times a day / week / month / year / ... every day / week / month / year / ... ...etc
